1. Services
DAB SYSTEMS LLC ("Company") provides construction site photography, videography, and drone content creation services to clients in the Greater Houston, TX area. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking for one-time packages. Retainer agreements are billed monthly. All payments are non-refundable unless DAB SYSTEMS cancels the shoot.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot forfeit 50% of the package fee. Weather-related reschedules are always at no charge.
4. Content Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full commercial license to use all delivered content. DAB SYSTEMS retains the right to use content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Site Access
Client is responsible for ensuring DAB SYSTEMS personnel have safe and lawful access to the job site. Client agrees to notify site supervisors and relevant parties of our presence.
6. Limitation of Liability
DAB SYSTEMS' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
